AREA 31 Rules and Regulations

  • Operators shall obey all signs on the property.

  • All motorized vehicles are not to exceed 10mph while in parking lot or pedestrian areas.

  • Riding outside designated areas or off trail will result in expulsion from the park. Violators will be subject to prosecution for any damages.

  • AREA 31 is a zero tolerance facility. No person shall operate any UTV or machine under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violators will be subject to prosecution for any damages.

  • Please help us preserve our property. Trails going to and from our features are not for drifting and burnouts. Keep trails and riding areas open by operating respectfully.

  • Participants that disregard the rules of AREA 31 or pose a safety threat to themselves or others will, at a minimum, be ejected from the property without a refund.

  • All participants must check-in at the registration office (driver/passenger/spectator), and must fill out and sign a current waiver.

  • All drivers and passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

  • The operator of the rental unit will be responsible for any and all damages to the rental unit. If a rental unit needs to be recovered, there will be a (minimum) $50 charge.

  • Helmets must be worn by anyone under the age of 18. Persons over the age of 18 may wear a helmet at their discretion. However, we strongly recommend helmets be worn by everyone.

  • For UTV rentals, the driver MUST be 21 years or older. We offer youth models for those under the age of 21. Please contact us for more information.

  • No personal coolers are allowed on trails. Your guide will have a cooler with refreshments available at all times.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO CONSUMPTION OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL IN RIDING AREAS WILL BE TOLERATED.

  • We require a $5000 rental deposit. This is a hold not a charge on the account.

AREA 31 offers an off-road driving experience like no other. You will have the freedom to drive and experience off-roading in a safe and controlled setting. It is crucial to listen to your guide when out on the trail; they will ensure a safe and exhilarating experience for everyone in your party.

We reserve the right to remove anyone that disrespects our rules, staff or the facility grounds without a refund. If you have read through these Rules & Regulations, and you are not willing to or capable of abiding by our safety measures, please find a different park to ride in. Your safety and the safety of our guests, employees, and families is very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
